Jair Oliveira, also known as Jairzinho, is a singer, songwriter and music producer who heads Marshmelody and the production company S de Samba. He began his career at the age of 6 and was a member of the famous children's group ‘Balão Mágico’. Always involved with music, he graduated from Berklee College of Music (Boston/USA) in 1997. His most recent work, the album “Tekoá”, released between October 2023 and April 2024, was nominated for the 2024 Latin Grammy in the “Album Graphic Design” category.

Always reinventing himself, Simoninha is synonymous with professionalism and joy. Musician, performer, composer, producer and musical director. Founding partner of Marshmelody and S de Samba and board director of UBC. He works as musical director for TV Globo’s Domingão do Huck, Viver Sertanejo, as well as parallel projects on Globoplay, Netflix, among others, in addition to being the founder and musical director of the famous carnival group Acadêmicos do Baixo Augusta.

Leandro Caldeira is the creative director of Marshmelody, composer, arranger, musician and music producer. Throughout his career spanning over 28 years, his versatility has allowed him to work in different areas, such as soundtracks for TV series, movies and advertising. This diversity of productions reflects his ability to move between different genres and formats.

Head of operation at Marshmelody, a cultural management company focused on music, she has extensive experience in booking, artistic management, executive production of shows and albums, phonographic consultancy and copyright at national and international levels. She believes that art, culture and music are fundamental transformative agents in our society.

He has been working in the music industry for almost 10 years in various sectors, such as coordinating the musical production of TV shows, miniseries, films and news programs, as well as producing shows and events. He is an executive producer at Marshmelody and production coordinator at S de Samba.
